I have posted many times about Vantage being uninstalled automatically on my MAX 2023 and Windows 11 machine. Now, it isn't installing at all. I ran the installer twice, and both times I got a complete, but there is nothing in MAX.

Tried MAX 2024 and again, a complete install, but there is nothing in MAX 2024

That's really weird...I have no suggestions but I hope you can figure it out.

I wish! However, I am about an hour West of the mountains and you can find me on top of one almost every weekend. Here is last weekend's hike.

On startup V-Ray checks to get the Vantage install location from the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows \Cur rentVersion\Uninstall\Chaos Vantage\UninstallString" so it must be readable.
If this value is not readable the Vantage toolbar won't be shown. The toolbar and the whole V-Ray - Vantage interoperability relies on the script files(dcc_scripts\Vantage-ImportChanges.ms, dcc_scripts\Vantage-LiveLink.ms, dcc_scripts\Vantage-TransferAnimVrscene.ms, dcc_scripts\Vantage-TransferStaticVrscene.ms, dcc_scripts\Vantage-UtilityFunctions.ms) present in the Vantage install location (default location is C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\Vantage\).

Could you please verify that your Windows user and the 3ds Max/V-Ray and Vantage can access and read the registry key data and paths?
Additionally you could try and install Max, V-Ray and Vantage in a Windows sandbox environment to see if it works there(https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/wi...ndbox-overview).
