Saving File will not save Depth of Field settings

I'm using 3ds MAX 2023. Live link. latest version on Vantage. (1.8.5)

When I create cameras and set/adjust the Depth of Field / Aperture size those setting do not remain when I reopen the file. I update the camera after adjusting settings. For that session it works fine. But If I need to close the file and reopen it the DOF setting have reset to "OFF". (I open 3ds MAX, initiate live link, then use OPEN SCENE AS CONFIG ONLY since I'm using a live MAX file) I need to update DOF on all cameras again and again. Even when those cameras are all in and amination on the timeline.

Is this a bug or have to do with my workflow?

Yes, this is a known behavior and we try to improve it in the future. We will probably have it in the next major release.
