My Premium was renewed, but I do not have access to Vantage 2, which I was told I would have for a year. How do I get this working so I can use it?

Or am I missing something? My premiun subscription, which I upgraded just for Vantage, was renewed. Now I don't have Vanatge. The email said you'll have access to Vantage 2 for the duration of your subscription - my understanding was we would have access to it for a year, as long as we were under subscription. If a subscription is renewed, has if expired?

Hi Bobby,

The complementary license is valid for the duration of your active subscription, meaning that if your premium subscription ends and has to be renewed on 10.07 then the complementary Vantage license will be valid from 28.06.2023 till 10.07.2023 and if you wish to continue use Vantage you have to buy a Chaos Vantage 2 subscription. When has your premium subscription renewed? Was it before 28.06, when we released Vantage or afterwards?

I had Vanatge for a year, and then it expired. I was told to upgrade to premium to keep it, which I did. My Premium Auto-renewed and Vanatge 2 is no longer accessable. I was told that as long as I had a valid subscrpition, I would have Vanatge 2. Some people were renewing for three years to keep Vantage for three years. Something stinks in your sales and marketing.

Okay, come to find out that once your premium subscription expires with Vanatge 1, even though you renew it, you don't get Vantage two for any amount of time.
