Bloom, always turns on when animating?

Hi
Small issue but annoying.
When I start an animation sequence in Vantage, Bloom always turns on, when i have it off for still images.
How do i turn this off?

Thank you I got it sorted, a lot of messing around. I often wonder why the Bloom is on Automatically?
But thank you for getting back to me, I appreciate it.
