And the rendering elements cannot be read in AE

I don't know what After Effects is trying to do. The channels are named "Object Mask" and "Material Mask". This seems to be an issue with AE, not Vantage.

What can I do to properly extract channels from AE?

        Hi LX521,
I've found out the EXtractoR effect works best when working with EXR in AEFX. Here's an example of a setup to color correct the sea object:
        1. On your mask layer, set the Alpha channel to 'Full"
        2. From the EXtractoR effect, use the layer drop-down to select the layer you'll use a mask
        3. In this example I selected the Object Mask
        4. Apply a keyer effect, e.g. Color Range
        5. Pick the desired mask color - the one for the sea object
        6. On your masked layer set the matte. In my case I use the Set Matte effect and select the mask layer Forum
        7. Make sure you sample the Effects to include the effect from the EXtractoR
        8. Invert the matte to get the object only
In the example I've increased the saturation of the masked layer that contains only the sea object. You can see I use a side by side comparison to illustrate the effect.

Thank you very much for your answer. Sometimes the extraction is not very good, and it is more convenient to render EXR results without a vray frame cache

The results of vray frame cache rendering. Can be extracted normally in AE, change ID number, and display corresponding objects
As shown in the following figure, I don't know when Vantage can implement this method
