  • Opacity map .... rotation

Hi there.. not sure if it was not described here before... but we have found this hidden "gem" with an opacity map

    rotation of an OPACITY MAP
If you rotate the opacity map, then you either get 0/100% opacity - but the map itself is ignored .. .. please find screenshots 001 - 002 ( invert makes it totally transparent )
As soon as you return the rotation to 0 all works as it should ( image 003)
Conclusion..... NEVER use rotation for an opacity map!! ( both vrayBitmap / std Bitmap tested )

hope that it going to save somebody time ... discovering it.

Hm, that's strange, the UV rotation (or any procedural textures) is indeed not supported with opacity, but it should just be ignored, not cause the opacity to become either 0% or 100%.
