Very noisy and flickering animation

Hello,

I am having a hard time figuring out a way to get rid of flickering on a sequence that i am working on. It´s happening through out most of my projects.

I have changed render settings to be very high in some cases, tested various parameters but none of them seems to produce a pleasant render.

On attachments you can see really bright pixels on still, but they are dancing around the sequence and unchecking "animated noise pattern" didn t do the trick.

Where can i send my scene to chaos to analyze?
