Light-Shadow problem

I'm getting these strange geometric patterns on the walls, it doesn't happen everywhere and I can't figure out whats causing them. I'm using the High settings, 300 samples, 16 light tree samples, any ideas?

It turns out it was the lights, I think they were co-plainer and it was casing some strange effect.

You mean they were intersecting with the ceiling or something else? How did you fix it - shadow bias or moved the lights?
