I'm running into the refraction issue where there are not enough bounces to give me a clear view through all my glass fins. See attached image. I'm getting black refractions. 3ds MAX 2024 and Vantage 2.3.

Hi Luma3d,
Yes, unfortunately this is expected as there is a maximum of 15 depth bounces for rays and from your render it seems like you need at least 32 for it to look properly. I have logged an issue in our system under LAV-1874 to improve the exit color behavior as adding more bounces will reduce greatly performance.
