NPG, thank you very much for complex answer.

I'm not 100% sure is it a memory problem - but similiar problem:
scene was working smoothly before, now I open this old 3ds max file with installed the same version of Vantage and it's going to crash everytime.
I can not to upload here dmp files, so you can dowlonad and check here:

    Do you have any ideas?

Do you mean this file worked before, with the same version (2.5.0)? Have you verified you're rendering on a single GPU (in the Vantage status bar, on the right)?

This crash looks unrelated to the other issue with the duplicate device and memory usage. In this case something broke while processing an instancer object in this scene, but I can't fully debug it with only a minidump. If you can share a max file or vrscene we will take a look.

        Yes.
Same file max, same version of vantage.
What i done is just open the old scene 2 months old and click live link and crash.

I need to consider do I allowed to share a scene with non free commercial assets inside.
For sure I can not to share scene public here beacause assets licence.

I'm rendering on a single GPU. Verified

You can open a support ticket here: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
You could try to remove parts of the scene to narrow down where the issue is and to make it easier to share.
