I just upgraded to Vantage 2.6.2 and when I open a blank vantage scene I get this crash error. Minidump written to %TEMP% folder Filname Vantage _b2990504_p23680.dmp

I've tried uninstalling Vantage and reinstalling but I'm still getting this error. Any help would be great.

Hi,

So 2.6.1 was working fine until you updated the 2.6.2? Can you do a quick check and install the older version just for a test?
Can you post here this Vantage crash dump file and also the Vantage Log file? You can see here how to access them > https://docs.chaos.com/display/LAV/Troubleshooting

I installed a 2.5 version and that worked. Is 2.6.2 not ready?

Thank you for running the test with the older version.
I'm not sure what exactly forces this crash at startup with the newer version, so it will be helpful if you can install 2.6.2 again and send us the Vantage Log and Dump file for investigation.
Then you can switch back again to 2.5.2 until we find what is happening.

Do you have any other display adapters listed except the GPU installed in Windows Device manager?
