    We work on masterplans with lots of geometry, people and scatter objects. Vantage handles it quite well, but as soon as Cosmos cars are added, the scene either crashes or render times goes through the roof, or some car geometry goes missing.
    It's obviously a memory issue, but why specifically the cars?
    Is it the materiality on the cars? If I apply a white override material to all the cars, would I still have a memory issue?

    I tried a few models - they work fine on their own and each one takes a couple of hundred MB of GPU memory. If your scene is close to filling all the GPU memory, the cars are just "the last drop" and there is nothing wrong with them. The same issue could have happened with any other model. It doesn't seem that changing the material would help.
