  • Intel Image Denoiser option missing

I just built a new pc and installed vantage, i noticed in the high quality render settings, the only available denoiser is the nvidia optix ai, I prefer the intel image denoiser, is there any thing i need to download or install so i can get the intel? im using ryzen 9950x and rtx 5070 ti with vantage 2.7

Have you checked the debug log, Help->Open debug log? You can filter for "oidn".

It turns out that the Intel denoiser does not recognize NVIDIA 50-series cards (tried with a 5090 and latest driver). I have forwarded the information to the guys at Intel. Thanks for reporting

p.s. There is also a minor issue on our side - we failed to print the error message when no device is available to OIDN - I will fix that.
