Ever since the oioc colorspace has been added my Vantage overall color grading has been off... I set it raw, but it seems, overally saturated, contrasty, exposed etc. My be nothing but wondering if anyone else has noticed anything.

You set the "display correction" in Vantage to Raw ? Why ? It should be sRGB or better yet - Auto. It's expected that "raw" is going to look saturated/contrasty/dark - there is no display correction.
Do you have OCIO enabled in 3dsMax ? If you have and you don't want to use OCIO, you should turn it off in 3dMax, not change the display correction in Vantage, since other things are affected too.

No idea then. If you could, please provide some comparison with Vantage 2.6. If OCIO is off and the display correction is sRGB, there shouldn't be any difference between 2.6 and 2.7 as far as I am aware.
Also note that when you turn off OCIO after creating a scene with it enabled by default, there is a setting in the V-Ray render options that you need to change as well.
This has to be set to sRGB to completely turn off the OCIO workflow.
