Rendered Sequence Output Frame Range

Please add the ability to set a frame range when outputting a sequence of rendered images, thanks!

You can already do this. With the animation editor collapsed (the default) there is a green and a red arrow by the frame ticks.
You can move them to restrict what part of the animation gets played/rendered.
