Automatically pause window rendering when sequence task rendering is complete

Would like to add this feature in order to reduce the frequency and temperature of the GPU after the render queue is complete.
Because the rendering process may be at night.
The current situation will continue to refresh the real-time rendering after the rendering is completed. The time when no one is working, still makes the GPU temperature too high. it's unnecessary

I think its button can be set here.
It is closed by default and can be opened when necessary.
