Hi Vantage team
My favourite way of working with vantage, is through live link cause this way you can fast edit , improve your scene for archviz.
So Vantage is great to work on the composition elements, such as lighting cause it gives you very fast response when you change HDRis by drag and drop,
This way you can find the best lighting scenario and sky for your images.
This drag and drop Hdris which is fast to rotate in vantage until you find the best ligthing and sky, works best in standalone Vantage.
It would be great if we could just drag and drop from cosmos hdris to vantage while in live link and as soon as we find the one matching then transfer it to the vray dome in max.
Now you have to go the hard way , inside max find the dome , select , drag and drop the hdri from cosmos, click rotate along with icon, and the rotate the dome and the result in vantage is not very responsive as is with rotation increments inside vantage.
Then a last request is to have the possilbity in the background when using same sky as environment, to lower the intensity of the bakcground sky or drag and drop in the background sky another hdri sky from cosmos. Very often you set the intensity of environment high to illuminate your scene, and the background sky gets burn.
Additionally adding some color correction , like contast , exposure will be useful,
