add intensity slider at background when same as environment

Dear Vantage team
Very often in archviz workflow we have to struggle with brightness levels between elements of our images. for instance when you achieve great brigthness for trees then sky is burn out. one way on the road to solve this could be to add intensity of sky when set to same as environment.

Only if the affect diffuse parameter of vraylight dome is supported. Then this situation can be avoided
