low priority option

When rendering, the system becomes very, very slow, unable to watch Youtube, listen to music, or even type.
It would be really nice to have a "low priority" option!
My computer is RTX 4090, i9 10900K, 64GB, Windows 10

Software: 3DsMax 2021.3 / 2024.2 | VRay 6 GPU + Chaos Vantage
Hardware: i9-13900k | RTX 4090
