rendering dialog movable while rendering

One stupid request, please
Bring back the possibility to move the rendering frame dialogue when rendering an animation,
Sometimes it is hiding the part of the rendering that yo uare interested in , and before you used to be able to move it away from the image,

You're right, we missed this while restyling the UI. Will make a note to fix it for one of the next patches.
