  • Isolate object in vantage standalone

    Dear Vantage team
While experimenting with ways to film an architectural scene in vantage , very ofte space mouse comes very handy to record camera movement.
But often when the scene is heavy , space mouse is not very responsive, so the recording of the camera is not nice
can you make it possible to isolate objects, so that for instance we could just with one click isolate our building, record and then unhide everything.
Now this can be done manually, and usually is a bit time consuming
    Thanks

Maybe you can instead use the quality presets to switch to a low quality preset which should be much faster to render ?

We have selection sets that currently expire after you close the scene. There was another forum request for saving selection sets in the .vantage file. If we implement this you should be able to easily recall a selection and toggle its visibility. Maybe we need to add an "invert selection" command to the Select menu as well...

very handy solution, that will definetely do the job
thanks, but still further done if you introduce a shortkey that auto selects everything but your selection and toggles visibility will be helpful
