  • one click export scene to vantage from 3ds max

    Dear Vantage team
Prior to vantage 2 , 3ds max button export scene to vantage would work straight forward. you click it will ask you if you want your scene to set up with vray gpu and then it will transfer your scene to vantage standalone, (it will create a vrscene under the name of your max file and send to vantage)
Now this does not work, instead you need to first run live link , and then cancel live link and then click the button export scene to vantage. Then it works,
Can you please bring back the functionality to send straight forward the scene to vantage with one click , as it used to be
Thnak you very much in advance

Initially when I brought this up they did say they'd fix it so it would work as expected without the need to switch engines, though it seems it just got broken
entirely somewhere along the way ...took me a while to figure out what was going on at first.

      Hi all,

We have it in the TO DO list. The workaround for the moment is to set manually the renderer to V-Ray GPU and the buttons will work.

      Best regards,
      Alexander
