  • duplicate animated vrscenes and offset animation

    Dear Vantage team
Can you please make it possible to duplicate an animated vrscene that you drag drop in vantage, so that it creates instance that still is animated.
Right now when you duplicate an animated vrscene it duplicates the geometry but no the animation
Ideally every instance should be possible to offset its animation
THis way you can manually create animated fields and crowds with just one aniamted vrscene

    Hi digital_technologies,

I have logged in your requests in our system under LAV-1796. Can not give an ETA but will try to keep it a not so low priority.

    Best regards,

While this is currently not possible from inside Vantage, you can still do it in 3dsMax by making multiple VRayScene objects that use the same .vrscene file.
You can even use the playback controls of the VRayScene object to offset the animation for the different copies.
