Confluence Keyboard Shortcuts Explained

Confluence keyboard shortcuts should be described in the header of each document or Global header. (Press "Shift + ?" To display a list of shortcuts.)

It took me some time to notice that I accidentally closed the space sidebar and opened it with the "[" or "8" key.

The open/close state of the space sidebar is recorded in the cookie, and the space sidebar will remain closed even if the browser is restarted. The user will not be able to return it to the open state until they know the shortcut key.

Thanks for noting this!

It's actually an unwanted behavior we noticed - the sidebar (page tree) shouldn't collapse at all. We are looking into how to override this behavior as with the current settings Confluence should not allow it.
