More than a week to upgrade through Distributors!

Hello, following the sale department advice, I purchase Vray upgrade through your dealer.
While the purchase of new license are instantaneous on Vray store, an upgrade through distributor is still pending after 4 Days!

Again, I really don't see the benefit of routing your customers to distributors
- It's just a waste of time for everybody
- Money loose for Chaos (I like to paid for dev, not for middle man)
- Upset your customers that need to send several reminder to get what have been paid upfront.

When will you upgrade my licenses?
