Offline Activation

Hi,

Once I get the License Server (5.1.2) message "Site successfully activated" (see attached), should the VRay just work? or is there additional steps?

I'm trying to borrow the VRay license offline for Revit 2019, but am stuck here.
The online support says the borrowed license will be listed on the license server's homepage, but it displays that none are available (see attached).
