V ray set up not working

I am not getting the v ray set up prperly in 3 d x max /licesing issue ?
i am getting error (-200)

Hello,

Please download and install the latest release of the Chaos Group License Server:
https://download.chaosgroup.com/license-server

Also please make sure that your primary license server address is set to 127.0.0.1 :
https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...cense+Settings

Then please start/restart 3ds Max and try to render with V-Ray.
