You guys should have an online shop, it is 2019.. V-ray is the only product I cannot buy online

it is 2019... V-ray is the only product I cannot buy or upgrade online. Why do I have to go through a local re-seller?? Why don't you have an online shop like every other renderer out there??
I have been trying to upgrade since last week, the local re-seller I bought from didn't reply yet. I tried other online shops, they are all restricted to the US or Canada like Novedge and Toolsfarm. I have got my upgrades rejected twice.
Over a 100 people replied to this thread having the same issues.

We do have an online shop and it is gradually expanded to include more countries and to handle upgrades.

This doesn't make any sense vlado , If there is a online shop, why are 100 other people having the same issues as me?? People in the UK, Denmark, Canada, US, Australia
What is the purpose of having an online shop, if it is restricted in most countries like what countries does it support now??
Every renderer out there has an online shop that works everywhere, every plugin, every application I own, I never had to go through a local re-seller except for V-ray. Why is V-ray the odd one??
The thread was supposed to be for the official release of V-ray for Modo, before it turned into this mess. It was a massive disppointment, It is not really fair for Modo's team or for us users..

The Email mistake was ok..Most people know there would be an upgrade fee like the case with other plugins, it is mostly about not being able to upgrade/buy because of the re-seller situation, and until now many people couldn't including me.
