    The email address associated with our licenses has changed and despite numerous attempts at creating a support ticket, I can't get anybody to help change it to the new one.

    Are there any Chaos Group people on here who can point me in the right direction?

    Can you tell me if you received a ticket number when you sent us a message? If yes - can you tell me what's the number.

      No. I never saw a ticket number after submitting it on the support page.

      If the ticket number was sent to the associated email with my account then I cannot access it as it's no longer active.

      I just submitted another ticket minutes ago by the way.
