Automatic licence extendion / Vray doesnt work

Hi,

I have a really urgent issue.

I´t seams that, the licence for one year didn't extend automatically.
Cause today one year ago I got my access data´s and now nothing work anymore and in the license server is nothing to see from Vray for C4D.

I already contact the support team more than one hour ago, but no answer till now.

I have to finish a very important job and for me its a Desaster, that I can not use Vray at the moment.

Does anyone know, if the licence extend automaticlly or is it normal that I have to buy it every year new?

Hi,

problem solved!

I didnt know that the abo is not a real abo with automatic exdention.

So I bought an new licence and everything work!
