Hi, I have no idea how to make this work, been pulling my hair out for a few weeks since there is not tech support except these forums. I have tried firewall settings and reinstalling and both the server and plugin. I have tried putting username and passwords into proxy setting on the website. I have tried various primary and secondary ip addresses and changed them back in the change server settings. This all works just fine at work but and home nada. I have a basic wireless router but i plug my computer into a wall socket wireless extender to get a better signal. I have checked ports on my wireless router port 3034 or rather added them. When I go to http://localhost:30304/#/ I see the server and the licence ready to be used but it won't grab it? Any ideas?

Regarding your licensing issue, please uninstall the Chaos Group license server and remove any remaining files from the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup

Afterwards, download and install the latest Chaos license server 5.2.3 from the following page:

Go to the Chaos License server page (localhost:30304), enable your Online/Dongle. If you continue to experience issues, send an email to support@chaosgroup.com. Please include a screenshot from the Chaos License server page (http://localhost:30304) and your Chaos Group username or dongle serial number.

I just woke up today and have the same error - the license server page is also not opening. This is really an unreliable system - I can't afford to have a sudden stop in over-night renderings or any delays like today.

I had to reinstall the license server - using win 10 btw. I will report if it happens regularly.
