Vray plug missing from Maya Plug-in Manager!!!

Hello, I was having issues with Vray crashing Maya was receiving this error message "//ERROR V-RAY: There was a fatal error building the scene for V-RAY". so from several crashes then i received this message // Error: Could not obtain an interface license (-200): The ChaosGroup License Server could not be reached. So i uninstalled Vray and deleted ChaosGroup folder from Common Files. Reinstalled Vray logged on everything installed successfully. I fired up Maya and and clicked on Plug-ins manager to load Vray but VRAY plug-in is missing. Not sure what to do and would like some help. Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Can you please send us an email to support@chaosgroup.com with a screenshot from your Chaos License server page (http://localhost:30304) and a screenshot from Maya 2019? Is V-Ray loading properly inside Maya, if it is not, can you please try loading the V-Ray plugin manually? This can be done in May by clicking on "Windows" --> "Settings/Preferences" --> "Plug-in Manager". In the plug-in manager vrayformaya.mll and vrayvolumegrid.mll should be selected as Loaded (see attached screenshot for reference).
