License Server Issue V-Ray Next for Maya

Is there any way to get my license server working without restart (interface). I've have some long per frame network renders going that I don't want to interupt. Seem to encounter this issue from time to time.

We have two interface licenses that aren't working right now. What's happening? I also upgraded and restarted but still both of our workstation licenses won't work. Please respond ASAP. THANKS

Is there something that stops the license server's service (VRLService) - an antivirus software for example? You can check applications Event log in Windows for such events.
