    Hello everyone,
    I was given an evaluation license of Vray Next for 3 months, that expired today. I purchased a Vray Next upgrade to my perpetual 3.x license several weeks ago. Now that my evaluation license is expired I can't use Vray at all. When I log in to my chaosgroup account, under "licenses" it states "You have no available licenses". However, under "Active products", my perpetual Vray Next for 3ds max is listed.

    I have followed all the common steps of reinstalling license server etc. The problem is not with my setup, but rather that I don't seem to have a valid license although I own the product.

    I have a deadline at the end of this week and I imagine most of support people will be on holidays, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Please contact us with an email to support@chaosgroup.com. I could not find any V-Ray NEXT purchase/upgrade that is associated with your forum email address. Please send us an email with a screenshot that confirms your purchase. Is it possible that you have purchased V-Ray via a different account, please check your email and tell us what is the username that is associated with your new purchase. If you have purchased V-Ray via a different account, please go the Chaos license server page (http://localhost:30304), click on Online licensing, deactivate then enable it. On the following page, log in with the username that has purchase V-Ray.

    In any case, please contact us directly at support@chaosgroup.com, we do not want to share your customer information on our forums.
