Transfer of license?

Hi,

My IT guy at work bought my Phenoix FD 4 license for me, but I don't think you can add a license to an account when buying them, so it ended up at his account for his login to Chaos Group.

Is there a way to transfer a license between accounts? Or how can we fix this?
