Online licensing flashing orange - cannot logout from previous account

I have just bought V RAY for Sketchup. When I type http://localhost:30304/#/ at safari I am getting next to ONLINE LICENSING a flashing orange square. I can not choose deactivate (I guess I am logged in with a previous trial account) in order to log in with my new e mail account....
