Vray 5 EDU Collection Nuke Licensing Issue (-197)

Hello,

i am experiencing a licensing issue when trying to connect a 3DScene to a VrayRenderer Node in NukeX 12.1v1 (Edu License).
It says: VRayRenderer1: V-Ray initialization failed: Could not obtain an interface license (-197): -197: There are no available licenses of this type on the chaosgroup license server.

Things i have checked so far:

1. The license utility lists 127.0.0.1:30304 as the primary license server
2. The license Server is updated to 5.5.1 and reachable at 127.0.0.1:30304.
3. None of the V-Ray Universal EDU Nodes are "in use"
4. Other programs (Vray for max and maya) have no licensing issue on the same machine

Could you please quote the name of the V-Ray for Nuke installation file you downloaded and installed? Also could you please let us know what is the e-mail tied to your universal license, so we can check it in our database? You might also send us an e-mail at support@chaosgroup.com
