"Safari can't find local host" - and Apple won't install LS 5.5.2

Trial worked fine. Asked admin to buy a license. They did. license shows active yet shows not used. Suddenly , Apple says no licenses on LocalHost license holder.. ("Install can't find The V-Ray License Server (by default accessed via internet browser http://localhost:30304) has no V-Ray for SketchUp licenses available" - .. I Get onto the forum using admin account.... see the new LS 5.5.2 version. download it . Apple refuses to install because can't check it for malware... Do complete uninstall of VRAY - Redownload latest suite (20jan2020?) - re-install can't find http://localhost:30304.... I am not the admin, yet the user...
