Vray NEXT can't start

Hello,

We bought a NEXT eternal Vray license for 3D Max 2016 approximately 2 years ago. The pc has been newly formatted, we found the Vray installer we downloaded at that time, but now we cannot activate the license because our info seems not to be registered.

Could someone help us please?

EDIT, found the invoice and the email chats I had with the vendors. It looks like the installer found (vray_adv_42001_max2020_x64) is for 3D Max 2020, I am not sure if that could be the issue because it has to be installed for 3D Max 2016

Finally found the user name & the license number, license is now activated but 3D Max refuses to start with Vray installed, lots of .dll errors.

It looks like the installer, vray_adv_42001_max2020_x64 is for 3D Max 2020, does not match the Max version installed. Is there any NEXT installer specially for older 3D Max versions than 2020?
