Hi there,
I work with Rhino 5 and V-Ray 3.6, and to export models in fbx files with unwrap materials maps it seems that the best workflow is to use Blender or Max.
Blender, being free software and have a free V-Ray plugin to work with, seems the best option, but raises some questions:
1 - Is there any problem or incompatibility to have installed the V-Ray license for Rhino and the free V-Ray plugin for Blender on the same computer?
2 - If it is ok to have both, can I render in Blender with the same license of V-Ray for Rhino (if not, I think there is no problem because the use of Blender is just to import the final Rhino models with V-Ray materials and export them in fbx files with UV material maps).
3 - Evan that I think that is not an option to me having 3ds Max, the same question raises too - Can the same computer have V-Ray license for Rhino and for Max at the same time and work without problems?
Thanks.
Best regards
José Ribeiro
