Updated to latest Phoenix nightlies and now get a "Could not obtain a phoenix 4.40 GUI" error message

I have gone back multiple nightlies now and back to the last stable but I can't get a license anymore.

"Could not obtain a Phoenix 4.40 GUI license! No error" is all I have to go by.

Help.

yeh I am just not installing anymore nightlies, I could make it happen every time with the last few.
