Option to reset online licenses to revert 'in use' after reinstalling OS

So ive had to reinstall windows, and I'm presuming that because i forget to release my offline license, they are now appearing as 'in use' so I cant use vray until support fix it.

Is there anyway, or could there be a way, for a user to reset the licenses themselves?
