I cannot use my license on a new computer because it was linked to my old computer

Can anybody help me? I need to remove an old server in order to use vray on my new computer, do you know how I can do that?

We can see in our database that your account is using your V-Ray 5 for Sketchup on a machine called - iMac-de-Emilio.local.
Could you please confirm if you are really working with your license at the moment on your machine?
If possible, please send us a screenshot of your issue and another screenshot of the web page "127.0.0.1:30304".
