In the support docs it says to create a new account using the new email address, then notify support and they can associate my existing licenses with the new account/email address.
- is this actually the correct process? What info will support need to complete the transaction?
- will my Chaos Cloud account also switch over to the new account as part of that, including the job history and credits?
