Chaos Vantage

Tengo el Chaos Vantage Anual de forma gratuita, sin embargo no lo he usado y ya casi expira el año, me he metido a Manage your products y no puedo aplicar la opción para no renovar automaticamente.
Que tengo que hacer en este caso???
