    Hi guys.

    Using Corona Render with 3ds max. I needed to log into a new workstation at work going between home office, and the license that's active at home, it didn't release the license properly. Since then, I tried to log in using a different PC, it says there's no license available and wont let me assign a PC at all, even the PC at home is not showing an active license - just the configuration settings are available. Can anyone help here, under pressure to get some rendering done!

    Does anyone know of a support email?

    Hello David!

    For licensing issues, like yours, that require handling more sensitive information (your account, PC status, etc.) - please open a ticket with our ticketing system here
    As first troubleshooting steps, please uninstall the Chaos license server and remove any remaining files from the following folder:

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ssl

    Afterwards, download and install the latest Chaos license server 6 from the following page:

    https://download.chaos.com/downloads...dalone-600-adv

    Go to the Chaos License server page (http://localhost:30304), enable your Online licensing and tell me if you can see your licenses. Send us screenshots from the localhost page in your ticket, if the issue continues.
