Hi, I've addressed this with support but I'm not getting any feedback and it's really impacting my productivity- I have two Corona Premium licenses on two separate machines. One of the licenses renewed yesterday (from old FairSaas to the first month of the Premium I think), and payment went through with no problem, but suddenly Corona couldn't find an active license. I got the dialog attached, and hit retry. Nothing. Tried to open the license server and it just goes to a blank page. So I can't login to activate. Reinstalled Corona, 8 and then tried 9. Uninstalled, reinstalled...Tried on 3dsmax 2016 and 2022 and it's the same issue. I've checked the My Chaos site and I have two active licenses, and two servers, one for each, but I can't access one of them. Not sure I should deactivate the server that's not responding on the Chaos website...trying to rule out it's not on my end, but this happened suddenly between renders (one rendered and the next would not) in the same 3dsmax session, so I think it's not a coincidence that renewal was yesterday. Dreading what may happen tomorrow as the other license for the other computer renews then...
Any ideas?
