Change active VRay license from Premium to Solo?

Hello,

I have a VRay Premium license active that is due to renewal within couple of weeks, and I would like to downgrade this License from VRay Premium to VRay Solo for 3Ds Max, but I can't find an option to make this change!

And I also submitted a request couple of weeks ago to have this changed but I didn't receive a reply!, what should I do?
