License User Management

License server and user account have the same access data. Is it possible to separate them? Is there a way to control the licenses for different users, e.g. external and internal employees?

The only logs I can find are about me as an admin not the license use by others.
I'm trying to find out how to log V-Ray server license usage such as:
Actual procurement and usage data (command line output, http request, telnet, direct file reading, log files, Chrome .har samples, etc.)
I use OpenLM to manage the data on other software licenses.
