We normally work with our licenses borrowed for offline use in our licenses server (because being dependent upon a net connection and no failure with chaos servers is not a risk we are willing to take).
This worked well for months, where the licensee server would auto magically re-borrow the licenses when ithet got closer to expiration. All working as intended (though the server should renew licenses with a minimum of seven days of offline use all the time. The automatic renewal only renews when three days remain if I recall… please change this!).
However, yesterday I noticed none of our licenses were borrowed any longer, they were all online only (and thus unacceptably at the mercy of the Internet and remote servers). We have since re-borrowed them, but what would cause the auto-renewal to stop like that?
